Our ON SITE Services Include:
Window screen repair(re-screen) Starting at $25 per screen if customer takes screen out put back in. If tech takes screen out and put back in the cost is $30 per screen-- for 36x36 or smaller.
Customized Made Screen (there's no existing screen) Starting at $55 per screen for 36x36 or less
Front & back door repair (re-screen) the "rubber" must be present: Starting at $30 
Gazebos panel/section starting at $95 per panel Patio screen repair (re-screen): Starting at $55
PET SCREEN Patio Screen Repair: Starting at $110 (36W x 100L or smaller); Window Repair with PET SCREEN $60
Pet Door Installation: If customer purchases their own pet door the price is $60; If customer use our pet door the price is $115 (for large pets); $100 for small pets (Pricing does NOT include the flat convience fee)
Patio screen replacement (there's no existing patio door) **the patio track MUST be present for this service.**Starting at $130 for 77 inches( height); $160 for 80 inches (height) or more.
Screened in Porches assessment is needed to determine pricing; depending on location a $25 assessment fee will be needed PRIOR to the assessment date if you require on-site assessment. You can send photos & videos to 443-801-2635 or we can initiate FaceTime video for free.
Depending on where the property is, there is a flat convience fee of $20 & up.
*There is at least a $20 electronic deposit REQUIRED PRIOR to rescreening projects; for customized screens and for larger project such as gazebos, screened in porches, the deposit will be determined. All deposit will go towards your balance.
